The Lost Ones is a forum game set in the Solas Tempus universe.
In the story, Commander Edward Cardon of Section 31 stumbles on Zayba Salnalyi, a mysterious woman from the backwards and secretive Nabu–Zariin Empire, who has impossibly managed to be the only survivor of the wreck of a Nabu–Zariin military transport. When he tries to return her to her home on Nabu ⅠⅠⅠ, a bureaucratic snafu results in the woman being stripped of her humanity and enslaved... and offered to Cardon as property.
Feeling responsibility for the young woman’s enslavement, he takes her aboard his ship and tries to accommodate her quirky cultural beliefs about slavery. But all the while the question hangs in the air: how did she survive the wreck of the transport?
It’s a question whose answer may have galactic consequences....
