The Scorpion Guard was constructed in December of 2385 and assigned to the Schatten Star System at the end of the year. Later it was assigned to Lance Thomas as his personal vessel to replace the Sleipnir (STV-105-A) which had been destroyed. After taking command of the STV Dragons Fire in 2386, the ship was returned to Umbral Station for future assignment.
