She's brainwashed essentially, so while one might be able to talk with her and find her very pleasant, she isn't liable to change her ways.

Background

Amarille Darfir was born in a very, very small village in an unnamed forested region of the main continent of Soteria. She wasn't exactly rich, nobody was in that small town. Daughter of the village Apothecary, she was raised and taught in the ways of her father and mother.

Simply put, she spent her whole life until the age of 19, healing and treating the sick. When she turned 19, though, unforeseen tragedy struck the Darfir home. Her mother and father caught sick with plague, and were dead within days. She tried desperately to save them, to no avail. The girl did not leave her home for days, stricken with grief and sickness herself. She was on the verge of death, when she chanced upon an encounter with some sort mysterious power. It offered the magic of necromancy, so long as the young girl offered up her own soul to service of the deity.

No longer finding much meaning in healing, unable to save her own family, who was to say she could save anyone else? She saw this as a chance to save people through another route- preventing death altogether.

So she accepted. The rest of her story is lost to history, but local legends tell of a being stalking the graveyards of many villages, stealing away those that had freshly fallen. Their skin pale, wrought with sickness, and an otherworldly being at their side. Their appearance is marked by a green mist.
