The Ronin shipyard is the primary repair, refit, and construction facility for Solas Tempus. The facility is comprised of a series of small drydocks, space station, and its associated yards (meaning where vessels or parts too large for the space station are held in orbit.

- Ronin Station
- Class two station configured with two isolation lab modules reconfigured to use for parts fabrication and repair, a strategic design module for an operations center, and a living quarters module.
- Dry-docks
- Alpha, Beta, and Delta which are refit 22nd Century facilities used for smaller ships and large parts repair.
The facilities are open to Federation allied and some non-allied worlds and organizations. Services are usually rendered in trade for supplies and parts needed by Solas Tempus such as Dilitthium, Antimatter, Tritanium, etc...
