She was designed for combat in an age of temporal operations. There are times when Operatives are threatened, operational locations are targets, and Solas Tempus Temporal Operatives require a home to return to, or a place to safely depart from. This is the purpose of the Pillar of Autumn, one of the few combat vessels for Solas Tempus.

Security Forces

This vessel is assigned with the Uriel Platoon of the 1st Archangel Company of the 4th Taurus Regiment, it consists of 4 squads (40 people) of TACCOM personnel.

Modifications

The vessel has been modified to be a better combat vessel.

• Secondary Deflector Dish has an integrated Magnetic Accelerator Cannon, whose operated from the secondary deflector bay where its ammunition is stored as well
• Ablative Hull Armor
• Phasing Cloak
• Standard shuttles have been replaced by an Assault Flight and the flight deck has been augmented to accommodate them.

Service History

The vessel was constructed for Solas Tempus under contract with the United Federation of Planets in exchange for a complete refit of Galaxy Class Starships at the Ronin Shipyards.
