Background

Once the Vampire Lord over the Chicaco area, she was lawful and maintained an unsteady peace. But that peace was not to last, eventually war came.

The war changed her, she saw its horrors and the humans’ monstrosity towards the supernaturals. Somehow she survived all that, but not unscathed, they took her fangs, and replaced them with metal plates, they replaced other parts of her as well. When she got out, she found out she lost everything. Her home was no longer hers. Outraged, she unleashed her power and went on a rampage over the surrounding area. Making it a wasteland.

That outrage, left her spent, and thin. She was easily captured and to cover up the outrage, a story was spun how the war ruined the area with bombs and explosions. Afterwards she was imprisoned in a sealed coffin and imprisoned in a deep prison for vile creatures.

As time progressed, she was transferred to the deep space prison ship, the USS Amissa Anima (NCC-1384).

During her imprisonment she was kept sedated and alive in a form of stasis… until the ship encountered a nebula which interrupted her stasis, and woke her up… now she has time to exact her revenge, and plan, her fury unquenched and her sorrow and pain unconcealed. She plans to rebuild what was taken from her, and hide herself and her future hidden in the shadows.

In 2387 she was rescued from the prison ship when it came across a Solas Tempus vessel. Under orders of Admiral Lance Thomas the Amissa Anima was boarded and commandeered as a renegade vessel. It's prison remaining crew were transferred to the United Federation of Planets under the command of Starfleet Intelligence except for one. Victoria was not claimed by the Federation and thus her status was left in limbo. Admiral Thomas gave her a new opportunity to be free, working for Vident Obscura. To keep her in line and ensure she abided by her promise to not harm the population at large, she was assigned a keeper of sorts named from the Red Ghost Project. Commander Elise Juliette Saunier was assigned to her and her AI was implanted into Victoria's existing implants.

Not long after Victoria used blood magic to corrupt the AI and converted Elise into her partner in crime. They approached Admiral Thomas with a plan, to rebuild Victoria's criminal empire but also provide needed information back to Obscura and Solas Tempus. In doing this, they were allowed to steal the Saladin Class Starship USS Black Viper (NCC-81-B) from the Schatten Star System. Covertly, Thomas had loaded it up with the supplied they would need. Later Victoria made a deal with the Rion Shipyards owner Ira Bic to trade for the Romulan T'liss Class Starship Vuthena (RTL-21032) and in the process build a secret base. Their secret base was built on the planet Uvoth in the Gamma Hydrus Star System out of an ancient wrecked starship.
