This contains an index of reports that Solas Tempus has in their data records for specific incidents, missions, and other activities the organization has been present for. Unless a report has a specific name (such as the garden Incident) generally the format goes as follows...

Temporal Reports
Code-Current Date as YYYY.MM.DD-Temporal Data as YYYY.MM.DD-Report Number

Temporal report codes are TO (Temporal Operation), TC (Temporal Contamination), and TS (Temporal Signal). These reports operational mission reports, reports of contamination of the timeline, and anomalous temporal signals received respectively. All reports should have the date of which the operation, contamination, or signal was initiated or seen in the modern time followed by the date in time from which the operation, contamination, or signal originates from. If multiple reports occur which deal with the same Current and Temporal dates, a report number should be added sequentially.

Mission Reports
Code-Registry Number of Reporting Vessel-Date of Report as YYYY.MM.DD-Report Number

Non-temporal mission report codes are TDO (Transdimensional Operation), SO (Scientific Operation), MO (Military Operation), and CO (Sponsored Civilian Operation). Each of these codes corresponds to the purpose of the mission. If multiple operation reports occur for the same vessel within the same code on the same day (as often happens) the reports will be coded with a report number which occurs sequentially.
