The Master Systems AI is Captain Amaya King, freshly certified from the Academy after specialized training on Nimbus Station. The AI has not only be trained as a Master Systems AI but also in the use of the specialized systems of the Eminent Midnight vessel. She is aware of the special nature of the vessel and what this ship and the STV Minotaur do.
