The Emerald Dragonfly completed construction on July 15th, 2386 at the [[Umbral Shipyards]]. She is a long range scout vessel built for minimal crew. The Emerald Dragonfly completed construction on July 15th, 2386 at the Umbral Shipyards. She is a long range scout vessel built for minimal crew. As of June of 2387 the ship was assigned to Admiral Lee Armstrong Finnegan, as per the instructions of General Order 12.
Constructed with the new VAM Enhanced Sensor Pallet designs. The Emerald Dragonfly was outfit specifically to serve as a covert operations vessel, sensors are equipped with specialized long range sensors to home in on extremely weak signatures.
