Slyser Telda | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
Slyser, having been shaped from early childhood on, acts as a cold-hearted, arrogant person, who gives little to no fuck about his fellows.
The only way to get to him through his mental distance is to 'join him on his path', which is a metapher to share something from his training with him. An exercise, for example.
Slyser acts only this way because he knows no other. He only knows the hard, emotionless environment of his master's dojo.
Special Skills
- Use of Dual-wielded axe-swords (Look at picture.)
- Kyusho Jutsu (combat sport, hitting nerves of opponent to cause at least pain or worse)
Special Abilities
In the following, his abilities are named like the rituals the sect performed on him:
- Ritual of Accompany
Grants the ability to hide inside a shadow and teleport within them (only to places one has already been to).
- Ritual of the Herald
Grant’s the ability to leave messages in the shadows, only being visible for those intended to be read, other "Shadows Executioners" or those possessing the ability to see energy streams.
- Ritual of Bound Twins
Creates a mental link to his parabatai (some sort of fighting companion). The link is not restricted. The parabatai share every thought, feeling and such with each other. The link is currently inactive, as his parabatai stayed in his home universe.
- Ritual of The Untouched
His wounds, once healed, disappear completely. The speed he heals in does not change.
- Ritual of Perfection
Enchances strength, agility, perception, reflexes and any other attribute greatly, and grants the ability to see magical radiation.
Heir's Mark
As the son of an eldritch entity (of his own universe, that is), he is capable of calling the Nameless Evil's power. At this point, any of these powers are blocked. Slyser did not discover how to use them.
These powers are channeled through a scar on the back of his right hand.
- One for all, all for one: Every opponent’s face in view is blurred, and a link is created between them. The wielder can choose, who gets linked and who not. The blurr does not affect the ability to see clearly. If one dies, all die. Usually, the heir is strong enough to maintain the link during a short period of time, around 3 minutes.
- Possession:The wielder of the sign can possess a person for around half of a minute. (Consent is needed of player is needed, for PCs.) Upon departure of the Heir, nausea is caused, and the former possessed being vomits.
- Windblast: The heir is able to create a strong blast of wind, knocking down/back groups of foes, or break barriers.
- Blink: The heir is able to teleport freely within a certain range.
- Premonition: Visualize enemy routes and their current destination.
Background
Slyser has no memories of childhood and early life and the sect 'Shadow's Disciples' who raised him, kept his true origin secret from him.
He got raised by the sect, aside 10 other children.
The Shadow's Disciples true intensions were to only teach 10 children, and their surnames indicate their number. Slyser was given the name 'Telda', which means 'the last', or in some cases, 'the unwanted'. His group of killers got the name "Shadow's Executionners". The sect infused Slyser with powerful, dark magic, a very painful and long process, wiping out any sort of conscience. Slyser was shaped into a mercyless killer, and served the sect for several long years. In the age of 12, he killed his first victim, and countless many followed this event.
Through his years of service, he found a parabatai, a soulmate, in another 'Executionner', Ivy Minya, the first 'recruited' child. However, upon finding out that he was kidnapped, what his Grandmaster, Zela Hegraz, revealed, he went on a rampage to wipe out the entire sect, while his parabatei, Ivy, attempted to lead the rest of the Executionners into freedom. But a secret prophecy foretold Slyser's betrayal, and he was defeated by his Grandmaster, 'Shadow's Blade' Hegraz, and left to die.
Original Story of Origin
His mother, Zela Hegraz, Grandmaster of the sect 'Shadow's Disciples' used powerful conjuration to summon the being they worship, commonly referred to as the "Nameless Evil", and got impregnated by it. Zela, longing to keep her pregancy secret, leaves the sect to give birth to her child.
This child being Slyser.
