Originally a freighter vessel, Emiya bought the ship for Tenpyo to use as her personal vessel. As such apart from a change of name and designation it was also retrofitted with a Master Systems AI that of her new owner Tenpyo Senju. The cargo bay was adapted into a ramen specialized restaurant called the Nekomancer.
Since Tenpyo joined the Aquarius Initiative the Catalina was further upgraded to serve as an exploration vessel. Most of the upgrades focused on the sensor arrays and internal sensors. Notably the internal sensors provide high resolution, high speed scans to help Tenpyo parse the chemical changes in food that she is cooking and to analyze new ingredients quickly
Nekomancer
This Japanese style restaurant was created in the former cargo bay of the ship, leaving it without much cargo room for freight hauling but allowing the ship to serve up to thirty individuals with food. The restaurant also serves as the mess hall for the vessel and all her crew and or employees dine for free.
