Believed to be the last water-type dragon alive, Sash Lilac is known for her unique fighting style of cutting through foes with her twin ponytails, and by defeating an entire dreadnought, saving her homeplanet, and the entire galaxy. She was trained at a young age by the Red Scarves, but left their ranks in order to find her place in life. Although she has grown more reserved throughout her battles, she still has a big heart and will jump at the chance to help her friends. She also loves playing her Dizi, that help anyone and helself calm down in the most tense moments besides sounding great.
A curiosity lies on her name. Sash would be the surname, while Lilac is the given name, because this is the chinese name format, where the Family name comes first.

Appearance
Lilac is a young Water Dragon, tall like a normal human. She has lilac skin, Purple to Scarlet Red eyes, Violet Hair with twin ponytails, a small furry tail and two long horns. She wears a Chinese vest consisting of a Blue leotard, a white yukata, a red sash with a golden string and a flower knot tied to it, Blue gloves, white bracers with red details and Blue boots with pegasus like details. She has gills, but they're covered up by blue hearing aids. The right hearing aid can also project a HUD. See Equipment Notes section for more info.
She also has a black and white leotard for swimming, and a non-standard uniform from Solas Tempus, that only modify her white yukata and white bracers to black ones, and with the insignia of Blue Team on it, and a Blue Sash instead of a red one.
Her eyes have a curious behavior depending of the illumination. While her eyes are naturally purple, almost red, they can look full scarlet red depending of the situation. If she's in a dark room, and a lantern illumine her face, the eyes start to shine red, and can stay like that for a few minutes, even hours after the lantern being turned away.
Personality
Lilac is a good-spirited dragon and is more then willing to help those in trouble or in need. She is very motivated and refuses to give up under any circumstances, even when the rest of the team doubts the success of their mission. She's also very confident about herself ,never underestimating the others. She cares deeply about the safety of everyone and the mission, putting herself "in the front lines" and her friends above herself. Lilac can get very angry, but only when pushed to the extreme. When very angry (though very rare), she's uncontrollable and won't stop until get what she wants, even revenge, giving a reason for why sometimes she refers herself as Dragon in the third person.

If angry, she have two ways to calm down. One of them is practice the Meditation she learned while was training Martial Arts. The another one is play her Dizi in a calm and silent place. She also can enjoy lovely moments with Carol and Milla to calm herself down, but this last option isn't so effective than the first two ones.
Besides all of that, she's kind and try to be always in a good mood to influence the others to smile as well, even being silly sometimes if necessary.
Culture and Behavior
Almost all the time, Lilac demonstrate to have a strong Chinese Behavior. She refrains herself from touching, even a handshake, always respecting the personal space (Sometimes giving too much space). Undoubtly she know how to behave in front of Royalties and High Ranked people, always following perfectly the rules of formality in respect of behavior and how to speak in front of such person. But that doesn't mean she's always formal, but quite the opposite. She's casual in a healthy level but not too much casual, not being annoyingly casual, but not being stressing either.

Innate Abilities
Dragon Physiology: Believed to be the last water type dragon, Lilac is a pure-breed dragon and has the abilities and physiology of a dragon.
Superhuman Abilities
Superhuman Strength: Lilac possesses a high degree of superhuman strength. She is strong enough to crash through metal, wood, and stone with relative ease. As-well as physically overpower robots that could crush a ordinary creature, as-well as physically battling (and defeating) the powerful Brevon.
Superhuman Durability: She is vastly resistant to physical damage. She can survive falls from great heights, intense pressure, strikes from beings with superhuman strength, energy blasts, and extreme heat without sustaining injury. However, she is not invulnerable, and sustained extreme damage while being tortured by Brevon.
Superhuman Speed: She can move, think, and re-act at supernatural speeds. Lilac can move faster than gunfire, out-pace Brevon's most powerful robots, and even dodge multiple blasts from enemy fighters. Lilac is well known for her speed, and can reach the speed of sound with relative ease. She is faster than Ciel on her airship and can even catch up to an enemy ship taking flight. However, she's not able to outpace 1.2 Ma (1468 Km/h the Super Sonic Speed) alone, being necessary an external impulse or a slingshot move to be super sonic.
Superhuman Endurance: Lilac can preform intense physical activity for long periods of time without suffering fatigue.
Mid-Air Dash: Lilac can preform a high-speed dash in mid-air without the aid of a vehicle. She can use this for short-distance flight at high speeds such as Mach Speed.
Hair Manipulation: Lilac has the ability to utilize her hair in supernatural methods.
Hair Combat: Sash Lilac regularly utilizes her twin ponytails in combat for whip-like and slicing maneuvers.
Healing: Lilac can heal injuries from another people by donating her own Ch'i for that. Although she can't heal herself by these means.
Maneuvers: Using her Ch'i, she can perform maneuvers like the Dragon Boost, Dragon Spin and Dragon Wings that can double her speed within Mach Speed limit or start running already in high speed.
Bending: Still novice to this form of Ch'i usage, she is able to amplify the Ch'i flux and bend water. Highly ineffective in combat though, something that forces her to not use it.
Flux Sensitive: After travelling to Soteria, Lilac got the ability to sense strong flux of Ch'i caused by nature, and the lack of flux as well. This also influences on her mood.

Primary Skills
Indomitable Will: Sash Lilac has a very strong force of will, completely free of evil or temptation. She can withstand extreme physical torture, and not have her will wavered. Even while being electrocuted with near-fatal voltage, she told Torque not to reveal anything to Brevon. Even Brevon himself said that he believe he could "Hack at her limbs all day" and she would "still find a way to bite back".
Master-Level Fighting Skills / Martial Arts: She is a master level fighter, being trained and operating with the Red-Scarves. Lilac has won multiple fighting tournaments, and is well-adept in hand-to-hand and super-powered combat. Her skills rival that of Lance's, and she is capable of defeating The Warlord Brevon himself in a one-on-one duel.
Ki/Ch'i (気?) usage: She learned how to use her own Ch'i to make maneuvers that are impossible for everyone else, like the Dragon Boost and Dragon Spin. Those need Ch'i and her speed to be performed. She can also use her Ch'i to heal injures, but only from another people, not being able to heal herself.
Epoch Piloting: The Epoch Mark 3 Created and constructed by Ciel, the Epoch Mark 3 is an Archaic Spacecraft with Time Travel and Warp Speed features. This model was based on the Mark 1, created by Belthasar in another dimension. When finished the construction, Lilac was the one who made the Test Flight around the Schatten Star System, and discovered Flint Stone in Soteria. After that, the Epoch was given for Lilac to be her own ship. The phrase written on the side was also changed from "The Wings of Time" to "The Dragon of the Seas" by Ciel
Secondary Skills
Leadership: Lilac is a naturally born leader, able to inspire others with her charisma, adore, and idealism. She is even capable of turning total strangers, even enemies, into comrades with just her words alone. This was also responsible to grant her a rank on Solas Tempus and the trust of the Admiral Lance Thomas.
Intelligence: Lilac seems to possess above average intelligence. She was capable of understanding Ciel's techno-babble and explaining it.
Mental Discipline: Lilac also have an incredible mental discipline due to her Martial Arts training, though not perfect, being easily motivated to revenge if very angry. Something that happened after Milla being transformed into a monster by Brevon and defeated by Lilac herself, thinking she died because of the fight.
Swimming: As a Water Dragon, Lilac is a skilled swimmer. However, a genetic defect prevents her from breathing underwater. However she can hold her breath underwater for a longer period of time than the others without faint, probably by the same way the whales hold their breath.

Counseling: With her ador, charisma and idealism, she can inspire, guide and cheer up anyone depending of the situation.
Basic Engineering / Maintenace: She learned the basics of engineering as necessity after Ciel build the Epoch Mark 3 for Lilac.
Basic Medic Knowledge / First Aid: In case of provide immediate assistance for anyone who is injured until a medic come and help properly.
Archeological Knowledge: She is the first one to have possession of the truth behind the Ancient Dragons of the Before Time after finding a billions of years old robot named Pangu, that holds records about them, as well a final message they leaved for the future.
History
Backstory
Lilac is apparently an orphan with absolutely no information about her family, and even her name was choosen by her. She comes from a planet named Avalice, on Andromeda Galaxy. Still when very young, she joined the street gang known as the Red Scarves. There, she competed in martial arts tournaments for cash prizes on behalf of thr Red Scarves, apparently making a significant amount of money from them. But there was some point when the gang leader 'crossed a line' that Lilac was never willing to go over (hinted to be murder). Feeling the gang left her no other choice, she left their ranks and built a treehouse on Dragon Valley, and there lived with her friend that left the gang with her. After that she was involved in thievery, even only stealing only from the rich, it's something that Lilac is not proud of, and is something she describes as 'constant accusing memory of living so much meekly' after stopping with thievery.
Later she was involved in a confusion with the Kingdom Stone, an alien invasion to steal it and double their army to conquer the galaxy, and their leader, Lord Brevon. Lilac destroyed their dreadnought, something that made her a war hero, receiving the royal gratitude from the Magister, and the Coalition of Planets. Since then, her title DragonBlood (Ryu Ketsueki) got a meaning for the entire planet, if not the entire galaxy.
RIFTALE
Almost two years later, she found a rift that links Avalice to the Earth in one of her missions around Avalice, but couldn't explore this new world until return after the accomplished mission. Now with time to explore, she found Ciel preparing her stuff before depart to Blazing Umbra Station. Amazed by Lilac's superspeed, she asked if she could study her. Lilac accepted in exchange of information about this new world and the rifts.
While studying Lilac, Ciel was involved in research operations about the PXR, and only when she realized the danger this robot meant for the people, it was Lilac who destroyed the PXR and saved countless lives, while Ciel only was giving support. After this mission, she was called as A New Zero by Ciel, even not making much sense for Lilac, Ciel also asked if she could help her more in another missions, even in the current one, at Blazing Umbra Station
Solas Tempus
Lilac didn't came through a splice by accident, but as recommendation from Ciel, one of the leading scientists from the station.
Lilac started as assistant for Ciel and her research team, although never stepping in the Labs, given chance by Ciel to learn about this place and explore before anything. But after a few events, she asked to be part of Solas Tempus Security Team for Blazing Umbra Station.
A few time after, she was named trainee crewman and started to observe and learn about the station, and its current mission, as well what are the splices and the derelict. In the meantime, Lilac and Lance were involved in an argument because of her idealism and how she reacted in front of "Unnecessary Violence" as described by Lilac. Because of that, she was bad because of what happened, thinking that place wouldn't accept her. With chance to talk with Captain Alouette Prairie, she didn't think twice when the good captain offered her a place in the Academy and a rank of Ensign inside the USS Bathala, if she accepted to do some tests aboard the ship. However she was accepted as trainee crewman, something that would make her a double agent.
Due to this misunderstanding and suspect between the Starship Bathala's Captain, Lilac and the Station, she was arrested as suspect of espionage and work for Section 31 a few days after be named as ensign of Starfleet, however she was released due to lack of evidence that would connect her to the Section 31 and its operations. Feeling she was betrayed by Captain Prairie and the Starfleet, she left their ranks and stayed as an Acting Ensign for Blue Team, answering directly to the Admiral Lance Thomas as member of Security until get a real comission.
Equipment Notes
Type-1 Phaser
Lilac never used any weapons or firearms besides her long twin ponytails and her boots in martial arts maneuvers, however as lieutenant of Solas Tempus, it's necessary for her to carry at least one firearm.
Said that, she is always carrying a 24th Century Type-1 Phaser that is hidden on her sash, as well a TR-590 Tricorder XI. This phaser besides being the Solas Tempus model, have a 1/8th inch of wood finsh to prevent from being jammed by a Sonic Screwdriver. Her reasons for choosing to do such change on a standard weapon is because "in case of lack of options, this needs to have a very small chance to fail". Although she prefers to solve battles without using any firearm, something she always could do perfectly.
Hearing Aids
Lilac also wears two blue hearing aids because of a very simple reason. Behind her ears, she have gills that also would help her to breath underwater, because she's a water type dragon. However a genetic defect prevents her to do it, and the inability of controlling the air and water intake of the gills because of this genetic defect. To solve this problem, she uses the hearing aids to prevent the intake of water, and intake air like the another lifeforms do, through her nose. However she can hold her breath underwater for a longer period of time than the others without faint, probably by the same way the whales hold their breath.
HUDD
One of her hearings aids also was modified by Ciel to be always linked to her PADD, Tricorder and HAL Systems, receiving notifications and projecting a small holographic screen, covering partially one of her eyes with a HUD, that can also be used as targeting in case of using Type-3 Phasers or Long Range Phaser Rifles.
The HUDD is also always monitoring her vital signs and movements. In case of take a tactical stance or start a fight, the HUD will automatically appear, showing for her both her status and the foe's. It can also be activated by the "Heads up" keyword with her voice print.
Metal Wings
Lilac also has metal wings, that allows her to fly if the Dragon Boost maneuver is performed. Those wings are bonded to her, and even naked, they cannot be spotted (Where she hides it, huh?). She controls the wings by psychic commands, but she's not able to flap them due to the wings movement limit, being necessary a very high speed to fly around like a plane, not like a bird, something that can be solved by the Dragon Boost maneuver. If done so, the maneuver gets more strength and power, now called as Dragon Wings Maneuver.
Another Equipment
Rare are the cases when she uses another equipment other than the Type-1 Phaser and the tricorder. But in assault mission cases, she picks a Late 24th Century Assault Rifle only when it's an order to use one. If not, she always uses her martial arts skills and the Type-1 phaser, but only when cornered.
Lilac has a strong set of close-range attacks that involve hitting enemies with either her boots, her twin ponytails or with martial arts maneuvers. Her signature move, the Dragon Boost, gives her an instant burst of speed, capable to reach Mach speed in a few seconds, and she has a number of extra abilities that help carry her momentum across a variety of different terrain types. Her main weakness is the lack of a ranged attack, being limited to melee attacks, although this is mitigated somewhat by the Dragon Boost granting her temporary invulnerability. Would give Lance Thomas a serious headache if she were in the opposite side.

Dragon Boost AKA Comet Boost
Direction held directs attack. Can be used to fly for a few seconds like a comet, stunlocks the opponent and KO them without armor with relative ease on its enhanced charge. Uses her Ch'i to perform the maneuver. Needs to recharge the Ch'i after performed to be used again. This maneuver can be cancelled to save Ch'i.
Dragon Wings
This enhanced variation of Dragon Boost was first seen on Freedom Planet 2, and shows metal wings on Lilac's back right before perform the maneuver. This maneuver seems to be stronger than the enhanced charge of Dragon Boost from the first game and still uses the stunlocking. Uses her Ch'i to perform the maneuver. Needs to recharge the Ch'i after performed to be used again. Different from Dragon Boost, Dragon Wings can't be cancelled to save Ch'i.
Dragon Boost Cancel
Cancels Dragon Boost mid-way and releases an aerial shockwave. Stunlocks for a second.
Martial Arts
As master level Martial Artist, she's able to perform any maneuver with precision and speed
