Pursuant to the strategic imperatives of Solas Tempus and in recognition of the critical role of technological superiority in achieving our mission objectives, the following order is hereby enacted:

Section 1: Issuance and Integration

  1. Effective immediately, the Sputnik Service Robot or SPERO device is designated as standard issue for all Solas Tempus personnel. This device is central to our operational enhancement strategy, providing a robust platform for data storage, advanced analytics, and secure communications.
  2. The integration of the SPERO device into daily operations is mandatory, with a structured training regimen to be developed and implemented across all units to ensure comprehensive familiarity and proficiency with the device's functionalities.

Section 2: Personal Device Registration
