A shell corporation created by the action arm (Blue Team) for use by any arm of Solas Tempus for actions that should be conducted without a direct link back to Solas Tempus. The organization has a fluctuating list of employees based on what projects that have been set up there.
In particular, the corporation runs several registered vessels for trade and transport. Though many of these vessels do operate as actual transport vessels of various kinds running legitimate cargo and passengers. Others are honeypots running similar functions in dangerous and less legal groups of people, keeping records of relationships between organizations, people, and other vital information.
Resource Trail
This company, if looked into, appears to be behind multiple layers of companies originating in a variety of different (and often hostile) territories making discovery of the true nature of the company all but impossible. In particular the companies origins are hidden through layers within the Orion Syndicate, Klingon Empire, and Ferengi Alliance with the trail of resources bouncing between the three multiple times. Should an interested party wish to find out about the origins of the company, it would need to gain access to records within the Orion Syndicate, from there go through red tape within the Klingon Empire which would be protected by the military complex there (transporting covertly within various territories). Connections would then lead to the Ferengi Alliance where substantial bribes would have to be paid. Tracing the company through its many layers (each requiring some combination of the previous trail of red tape, bribes, and covert operations) would put a person or organization on the radar of Starfleet Intelligence, Section 31, and Solas Tempus.
