Duke Blitz, is the discount version of Arnold Schwarzenegger, just less intimidating. He was born to a family of sorcerers on the wrong side of the Berlin wall, in Dresden, 1985. He joined the Berlin Sanctuary as an unpaid intern, bit was quickly picked up by experienced operatives on account of his ability, not his skill. He has the power to replecate any object which he has touched using his powers. Perfect for smuggling, stealing, and packing heavy firepower. Also pretty handy to carry your luggage. By 22, he was working in the covert "Berlin Division", working in all manners of work across the globe. He fought in the Civil War of Sanctuary, killing former colleagues in Sydney, Dublin and Cape Town. This is where he committed most of what Geneva would call War Crimes. After having lost the war, partly so as to join together with the enemy, to battle in the streets of Roarhaven in the Warlock siege, which was won at a cost.
He has experience with inter dimensional travel, using a special breed of sorcerer to infiltrate a newly found timeline where Malevolent, the man who waged the 700 year war which only ended in the 19th century, had won. He came back with only one other member of the initial scouting party of 6, surviving three weeks of hell and war between Malevolent and Rebel forces.
Now, after being spliced into the Blazing Umbra 2 and a half years ago, he has joined the ranks of Solas Tempus's TACCOM. He can often be found on Sotorias sandy shores, where he maintains and sometimes rides an ancient Harley Davison, having built a log cabin by the lapping waves. If he's not there, then he's either out shooting "stuff" Rambo style, or wandering the halls of the Blazing Umbra.
He also hasn't seemed to have aged physically since he was in his early twenties, maintaining his somewhat rookie look about him. Duke has recently taken to flight, securing his own small ship, mostly for journeys too and from his beach hut, having flown a Cessna back with the Berlin Division on occasion

Duke has the ability to replicate any object under about 3m cubed, and only about 10 times in a row. He cant replicate lifeforms either. He can also store a replication of a certain number of materials. He can also destroy any object he has replicated.
