Jason is a calm man who prefers to approach a situation through study, observation, and research. Then when he has all the pieces together than he can possibly get, he acts. Weaknesses
He has been and always will be a bit of a nerd. He isn't very socially skilled, most of his skills come into play when he is on a case or a case has just ended and he can't really apply them to casual situations. He also does not make snap decisions well, preferring to mull over the possibilities for a while before deciding he tends to make poor choices when forced into a quick decision. He also happens to be a bit paranoid of government oversight and spying on him.

Hobbies and Interests
He mostly enjoys learning things and reading books. While he enjoys eBooks he also tends to buy another copy of a book he likes in physical hardback as well. This means his shelves are covered in books that have the odd property of being seldom touched. He also likes to people-watch, observing people amuses him greatly. In his youth he got into pinball games and still enjoys them as an adult, though far less obsessively than when he was a kid.
Family
He was born an orphan, though he was never abused by any of the homes he went to he always felt apart from the family. All in all though he was an orphan he was a lucky one and being in the system didn't really ruin him as it did most people. The closest to family that he has is an "Aunt Vivian or Viv" (someone who once took care of him) who lives in Chicago but he rarely see's her though they talk on the phone somewhere around once a month.
History
He became infected with the wildcards virus when he was a preteen. His powers developed slowly and it took him years of training to be able to master them. To that end he used martial arts methods to train himself to use his powers. Along the way he picked up Judo, Jujitsu, and Karate but still prefers to sit in the background and not be noticed. As an adult he couldn't conform to college standards and without a paper degree decided to open of a Private Investigator office in S.F., CA called "Out of Aces Detective Agency".
