This mental ability allows the person to create a detailed, nuanced, and perfect replica of something they have experienced in their mind which can be recalled, easily, at any given time. This is different from eidetic memory, which can cause the mind to feel cluttered and take incredible effort to recall specifics from the past. In this ability something is memorized perfectly and can be recalled again without effort, the way one recalls their name - no matter how much time has passed.
Process
To perfectly memorize something the person must focus on it and try to imprint her mind with the information. This process is best done in a quiet setting with little or no distractions, though that is not required. Repeated focusing and effort put into memorizing something over time can also accomplish the same goal. Memorization can take place for anything, from any sense, or combination of senses.
Training
A full imprint takes time, but with training this time can be lessened. Depending on the skill level and what is being memorized, a person with skill at his ability may be able to use advanced memorization techniques to cut the memorization time by a quarter or even in half.
Lesser Imprints
With training, either by ones self or from others, a person can be taught how to leverage this ability with their normal memory, allowing highly accurate memories to be formed quickly that fade over time. In these cases, as little as 10-20 minutes can be spent taking in all 5 senses at once and focusing on them to create a lesser imprint that will fade within a few weeks.
