The personal remote sensor is a handheld disk-shaped device approximately 4cm in diameter. The device is a modular sensor unit mounted onto an SVR, simple control processor, and transceiver. Designed for covert uses, the device has an approximate range of 1800 km.
Operational Modes
- Off
- The device is fully powered down.
- Standby Mode
- The device is minimally powered on, sensor and transmitter are powered off until signaled.
- Passive Mode
- Device does not emit any sensor signals and only receives.
- Active Mode
- Device is operating as a full sensor / scanner remote, actively emitting sensor signals for detection, imaging, and analysis.
- Relay Mode
- Sensor element is powered down and transceiver actively relays received signals fitting programmed criteria.
Transmission Modes
- Standby
- Transmitter only activated if a signal is received to do so.
- Active
- Transmitter uses a continuous subspace connection to relay live data.
- Burst
- Sensor records are recorded locally and bursted at a specified interval or when storage is full.
