Background
Edward was born to a single mother. His father had left before he was born leaving his Mom to raise him on her own in a small apartment. His mother was a nurse in the military and would often bring soldiers home, telling Edward that it was a woman's duty to keep a soldier warm at night. Growing up in the household with his mother, Soldiers were idolized and he was encouraged to become one. This he did....Edward enlisted when he was 18 and his abilities were quickly noticed and refined, becoming one of the top soldiers in the network. This made his mother immensely happy and they lived peacefully for a while until one night his mother didn't return home from work. He called her and she didn't answer, he went out to search for her after some hesitation. After a few hours he found her murdered in an alley, he wept by her side until noticing a dog tag nearby with his mothers blood smeared on it. The next night he packed his things and killed the soldier who had murdered his mother, fleeing the planet with the rest of the money he had. Arriving on Mars he was quickly met with the challenge of paying for things. He resorted to his only skill: Killing. He quickly gained popularity with the rich due to his confidentiality and efficiency as an Assassin. He worked like this for years until one day he saw a poster advertising new opportunities in space via the Solas Tempus research project. Jumping at the opportunity he forged and bribed his way into the brackets and was assigned to the Class K station: Blazing Umbra. Forgetting the past suddenly became easy for him as he realized.....this was where his story began.
