Template:Keizer 42 She is a personal sea vessel owned and operated by Admiral Lance Thomas of Solas Tempus. Currently moored at Nimbus Station on Soteria. Lance won the vessel in a rather strange poker game on Risa around 2372 or so. The vessel had sat in the hold either at Tranquility Station or Blazing Umbra Station until he decided to beam it to the surface of Soteria for use in the ocean around Nimbus Station.
