Kushina was developed and brought online shortly after the Artificial Life Forms Rights and Enforcement Act of 2384 and thus is part of the new generation of XIA's. She was created as an Engineering Assistant with access to all the Solas Tempus engineering data already in her database. However, like any living being, her personality shaped rather quickly and while it is difficult to describe someone as complex as Kushina, though one of the youngest of her kind she quickly developed informed opinions on a variety of issues. She is a practical and innovative engineer and privately she tends to be trusting and quite expressive of her feelings. She aspires to always improve herself but occasionally gives in to impish tendencies which can at times seem malicious. She's known for practical thinking and being a bit of a romantic heart and a sly mind for getting around obstacles
When she was brought online she was given a choice and time to think about her options, unlike a human child a XIA Is born with adult understanding of the world and thus was able to consider her options fairly quickly, deciding to join Solas Tempus as an Engineer since her design is the Engineering Variant.
