The Seldonis IV Convention is analogous to the Geneva Convention on Earth. It provides international law and guidelines for how to engage in war, particularly how prisoners of war should be treated among other things. Most provisions of the Geneva Convention are mentioned in the Seldonis IV Convention though with different language to provide coverage to a larger variety of races.
