The Pedlar Saint is an engineering service and repair vessel currently awaiting assignment at the Umbral Shipyards. Construction was completed on May 3rd, 2385, her construction was designed to accommodate the newer Refit Guidelines for that class of ship as a science vessel. As a service vessel focusing on engineering tasks such as repair and refit, she is equipped with industrial replicators and enhanced tractor beams and her phasers are designed with a lower power output but a 227% increased fine beam control and targeting array.
