This laboratory was established on Soteria at the Ayre of Kali for the sole purpose to separate the increasingly dangerous experiments of Virus (Vis Siks) from Solas Tempus Facilities and personnel on special order of Captain Neo Akazuli.

The primary airfield features one Danube-class runabout to transport critical matter from or to the facility. There's enough space for a second or third small craft to land.
