Personality
Vic can come off as a bit cold and ruthless upon first impression. Making sure everything is in its proper place and working exactly as it should. Those who know him more realize that he is kind and caring to others. He is determined and failure is never an option in any circumstance. He speaks with a deep Russian accent which accents his confident tone and tends to give an intimidating and almost scary impression, even to his closest friends at times, especially when he raises his voice which carriers into a room and beyond easily.

Backstory
Victor Domnin was born on Zerus, one of the main cities of Arksis III and joined Solas Tempus after being involved accidentally with one of their operations and asked to join them after seeing them on duty. He caught the operatives attention after demonstrating his intense knowledge about leadership, battles and showing his desire to join a military force like Solas Tempus.
