The Diamond Knight completed construction on October 9th, 2386 entering official service on October 13th of that year. It was then assigned to Commander Gil Edo. The ship's primary mission is as a support vessel for temporal operations. Generally the ship provides supplies and communications for Temporal Operatives in the field.
