Unexplained events reports contain reports across all settings.  From an in-game perspective these reports can be seen as having been found inside the Solas Tempus database, however, care should be taken for in-character knowledge of these reports.  Some reports also may or may not make sense to be in the Solas Tempus database, in such cases it is desirable to specify in the report text what database it would be found in.
