The ship was obtained by Sirah from Starfleet after she was slated to be decommissioned and sitting empty since 2376, though minor modifications to remove classified equipment and such were done in 2377.

Service Summary

  • Commissioned 2365.
  • Served as a transport ship between 2367 and 2373.
  • Served as a light scout ship in 2373 until the end of the Dominon War in 2375.
  • Ship stored as the San Francisco Fleet Yards in 2376.
  • Converted for civilian use in 2377.
  • Sold in trade to Bajoran trader Sirah in 2377 for 150,000 units of Romulan Ale to Admiral Beeman (transaction officially lists traded for 150,000 units of required engineering parts).

Sirah once having obtained the ship used his remaining capital to fuel the ship to its fullest capacity and perform needed computer upgrades. While the ship most often requires a crew of 5 to operate, he usually operates the ship himself sometimes having to stop the ship for repairs in empty space.

Upgrades

  • Computer core upgrade, linkage for complete automation installed.
  • Warp Drive upgrade, restoring the previous Starfleet spec for the vessel on speed rating.
  • Tractor beam upgrade allowing power to be channeled directly from the warp core into the beam, even while at warp.
  • Type 7 Shuttle Craft added to the ships inventory.
  • Complete bridge module replacement.

Custom Bridge Module

Custom Bridge Module

The bridge of the ship was not well suited to being operated by a single person. Using the very last of his initial investment capital he gutted and completely redesigned and rebuilt the bridge using the layout design for a Raven class ship. This allows for the bridge to also have additional support systems available. Sirah also wanted a bridge that had easy access to a transporter pad, should he need to make a quick exit for any reason.

Sirah's Quarters

No real unifying theme except maybe an aquatic or perhaps pirate theme... There were instruments of old style navigation from various planets in a varied degree of quality and functionality... There were also very old Bajoran star charts on one wall with some old Klingon, Cardassian, and even one of pre-Warp Earth on another wall.

There was a desk that was a bit beaten up built in to one of the walls by the door with seating for two one opposite the other, it had some parts loose on it with a few schematics and tools scattered about it as well. Something he had been trying to fix maybe. A bathroom was adjacent to that. The strangest thing, however, was below the window looking out to space was, instead of a traditional bed, a wide net hammock... Below it were pillows, blankets, and other such things but, obviously he didn't sleep in a regular bed. The hammock stretched between the two support beams at either side of the room so that the hammock itself was along the length of the window looking out.
