Tranquility orbits Markab Prime and is a refit research base tia serves as the headquarters for Solas Tempus in particular the action arm code named Blue Team. The facility itself is a refit mining station based on a Class 2 Space Station design with modules replaced, refit, and towed in from other locations. The modular design allows for expansion using refit and repaired modules as they become available.

Power Source
In addition to the above modules, the station also contains a pair of Matter/Antimatter reactors which produce power for a specialized temporal communications array allowing for operations in different time periods to be monitored, the information is one-way to the station, two way communication is not possible because of temporal causality.
Defences
The defense systems were upgraded to add photon torpedo launchers (4) placed near the docking ports of the station as well as high powered phaser emitters (6) placed around the station. The deflector grid is also upgraded so that power can be diverted from the Matter/Anti-Matter reactor and generate a temporal force field around the station, separating it from the normal flow of time protecting it from high level temporal incursions. A low level temporal force field is powered by the fusion reactors allowing low-level temporal incursions to be resisted once they are detected.
