Over several years, owner Evelyn D. Frazure extensively modified the vessel into a self-sufficient mobile apartment capable of supporting long-duration deployments away from starbases. While outwardly appearing as a modest transport vessel, the Twilight Odyssey conceals several military-grade systems retained from its Romulan heritage. The vessel serves as both Evelyn's permanent residence and operational headquarters when traveling between independent security contracts.
