Randy is a friendly sort, easy going, who tends to not take things quite seriously enough. He is a poor separation between personal and professional life, tending to be a bit of a ladies man. He's a good engineer but has a lot to learn about troubleshooting and protocol.
He is a Crewman 2nd Class on Green Team for Solas Tempus, assigned to Blazing Umbra Station as an Engineer.
