Background
Yuri was apart of the Russian Spetsnaz before the nuclear war of 2013, he served as Marksman showing excellent proficiency with a VSK-94 But was also proficient in the use of an Ak-74. Yuri was on a patrol when the first nukes were fired, he and his fellow soldiers were forced into the underground metro along with everyone else. A few months after being forced down into the underground, Yuri and his men came together with other the soldiers that were present in the metro and formed The Rangers, by colonel miller. A few years passed and the rangers had established themselves as the Rangers of the order after they captured D6 which was now their home base, Yuri had enjoyed his time in the metro still having plenty of time to fight bandits and enemies of the order and mutants but he did, however, hates the times when he had to guard Polis.
