Vin's attitude towards people is generally kind to everyone he can be, and tends to not talk in a mellow or moody tone. He'll try his best to not get on anyone's bad side and make as little enemies as he can. He may be kind, but he'll try to not be overly positive to the point where he's annoying. Vin is well spoken and casually speaks in high detail in conversations, only speaking in short and simplified during fights. He will ,without question, die to protect someone else he was meant to protect. Vin will do this if there's no other way for someone else to make it out alive, as he sees that action as merely his soldier's duty.

Special Skills

Advanced Combat-Style Knowledge: Vin is very skilled in 10 different fighting styles, each one with varying levels of skill, depending on how much Vin trains himself in each art. He, however, knows at least the basic skills of all 10. Boxing is his most known style, even more than hand to hand combat. It's seen to him as his favorite sport and hobby.

Advanced Weapon Knowledge: On top of his high knowledge with combat and fighting styles, Vin is also knowledgeable with various medieval, or medieval-era weapons. In fact, he is proficient with ALL medieval-era weapons. However, the obvious factor in this is him being more proficient and skilled in one weapon more than another. From how he has fought during his time in the now destroyed Blazing Umbra Station to his new home Nimbus Station and his work as Lieutenant Commander on the Drakon, it is easy to say that his most proficient weapon are katanas. Which he is. It has always been his weapon of choice not only for their overall durability, but the improvements the people of his world have made to the katanas he uses. The 20 katanas he uses as his primary weapon in combat situations have blades that are comprised of thicker steel than a normal katana, given how aggressive he is in combat. Not only that, but they are also tightened to his hilts so tight that not even a strong magic can rip them off when targeted by the blade itself. But besides katanas, Vin can also use crossbown, bows, and broadswords to a fair degree of the same skill. Though, katanas will always be his most skilled weapon to use. From there, the list of weapons he can use slowly becomes less and less skill-filled. But even then Vin is very skilled compared to others and is by no means considered an armature or poorly-skilled in even his least-proficient weapon, which Vin himself has memorized to be the scythe

Special Abilities

Is knowledgeable in telekinesis and element control. Can use only one of his powers at one time, excepting when under certain circumstances

Telekinesis: Anything that touches Vin or any of his 20 katanas, whether Vin intents to touch them or not, is victim to his telekinesis. He can control a set amount of the things that are under his telekinesis, depending on if there's more than Vin can control and how much of that thing there is. He can control them for as long as he wants. However, the more force Vin puts into his control over something, the more damage he takes. The minimum damage he can take is a small cut for forcing something to be forced in any direction with the force of a high caliber sniper rifle in an instant.

One special trick that Vin can do is collide all of his 20 katanas together into one chunk of weapons. His trick is that he pushes all 20 of the katanas at whatever he's shooting at with the speed of a tank shell and it having the destructive power of a cannonball. The downside to this is that Vin breaks one of his arms as that's what's applying the force to the shot, so he can only use this move twice and is used as a last resort

Element Control: Any natural element within Vin's senses is under his control. When on the surface of any natural dirt or stone, Vin can sense any and all other natural elements touching those elements, allowing him to use his body or katanas to gain control of it with a touch. However, he can only control the elements around him to a certain extent, as in he only has a certain range of what he can control, and how much he can control at once. However there is no limit on how many seperste elements he can control at once

Backstory

Vincent Welsh was born into the Nizenanne Kingdom in 1158, March 26. This was before the time of the Shadow Militia, so that meant the only thing the Emerald Militia had to fend off from were villages trying to rival the kingdom. His hometown was attacked by one of these villages. Luckily, he and his parents survived, with only 10 casualties out of his population of 119, one them sadly enough was his brother, Gregory. Ever since then, he's built an interest in fighting and ended up being an official soldier of the militia when he turned 19. He would go on to being a corporal for the militia and stayed at that rank ever since then, at least until the Shadow Militia was formed. His hometown was attacked once again, with it not being such a miracle this time. His father died and only 10 of his population survived from the attack (With there only being 2 attackers). After that incident, he learned what he did before would be nothing compared to now. He began to train with all of his soul and heart, and this eventually made him the majordomo of the Militia at the age of 38. With him as the main leader of it, the moral and strength of the soldiers increased 10-fold. As the war waged on, he became more and more of a man of discipline than before. He learned all he could as the majordomo, learning 3 of his 10 fighting styles and elemental magic before he became the majordomo, learning the rest of his skills afterwards. The war between the Militias waged on for 7 years while he was the leader, and after the final battle of the war, seeing the God of Death and what he did along with his battle with Maleki, leader of Squadron 13, he knew that he had to learn and grow even more as a soldier. He's been mastering his own style of fighting, wanting to be as strong as Maleki was on that day, so that he could protect not only his family, but the entire Neiznanne Kingdom as well from any threat that comes across them.
