It embodies the churning and changing nature of the Aether and directly adjacent to the Astral Plane, which draws its shifting and changing currents from this plane. The forces of Aether and other elements within this plan are in constant motion that bleeds its way through the planes of existence, eventually influencing the Aether of all other planes, though most directly the Plane of Aether.
