Due to events in his past, he's rather quiet and melancholic, and carries out work with ruthless effectiveness, even if he never enjoys it. He has a liking for chocolate and hot drinks, and dislikes greedy people.
Background
Born in a crime-ridden and politically unstable Japan, Takao grew up in the slums with his family. While on his way to one of the few schools there, he got caught in a gang fight and was nearly killed by a car bomb. His leg and nearly both of his arms were lost, including his face, which had gotten serious burns and destroyed his facial features, including his eyes. However, he was found in the aftermath of the ensuing destruction and was assumed to be an orphan, and was there for recruited into the Osaka Task Force, an elite police force made to combat the high levels of gang violence in the city. After his face and limbs had been replaced, he got professional melee combat training and was requited into the police force, battling crime in the city. Due to the heavy amount of violence used, the police mostly killed than arrested. He never relied on firearms, but stealth and swiftness instead, using his bionic limbs and his enhanced vision
