Background
Whisper is one of the best assassins under the organization Chrome. She had undergone extreme training and went through tons of experimentations in order to acquire the perfect stealth agent. She has infiltrated many low life bases for just the perfect price as well as several crime syndicates in a matter of minutes. She was injected with physical genetically modifying serums, that unlocked deeper parts of her brain which gave her the ability to move and blend in perfectly with the shadows. Whisper used to work in the military under a special ops unit called Wisp Rose, when she was infiltrated and captured by Chrome along with several other units that had undergone these immense experimentations being the only one to survive. Most of her memories have been wiped out, and the persona Whisper came to life.
