Scathach is pretty shy, especially around humans. She likes driving, europop and street art.
Special Abilities

- She can speak with souls, and soul must answer her questions truthfully.
- Summon the dead
- She can summon nearby souls of the recently deceased to her.
- Restore the dead
- She is able to bring a person back to life temporarily so they can say final goodbyes. If the dead does not say their final goodbyes the effect only lasts 24 hours.

Special Equipment
As a Dullahan she has two pieces of vital equipment. The first is her mount that she uses to get around. It is in fact a magical being soul bound to her and named Eachann. Her mount can take the form of any relatively carriage sized overland transportation machine. It currently is a heavily customized 1986 mark 3 supra.
Her other equipment is her weapon to defend the souls of humans from supernaturals that would prey on them. Its name is Casmir and it is an enchanted sword whip.
Background
Scathach was born in Ireland four years after the end of the English Civil War. As a Dullahan she was taught how to guide human souls to the after life. She grew up watching human rationalism and empiricism rise and having to alter what she did since humans started not believing in the supernatural. She grew up shy around most people but almost nonverbal around humans or perceived humans. Over the years she took up jobs that involved regular overland travel of some sort to allow her to have an income and to do her duties as a Dullahan. More recently she started getting into street art that many humans have done over the years.
Her mount has changed to suit her need throughout the years, from horse and carriage to motorcycle and sidecar to an automobile as it currently is.
