Background

Rogen Halcyon, despite the surname, is not a Corellian Jedi. He was born on Bespin, to a family of Tibana gas traders and transporters. From this he became acute with the mechanics of ships and droids, as well as flight. At the age of 17 his parents were both killed in a gas leak of the dangerous substance, destroying the ship. Over the next few years he became known to a rebellion cell and was recruited. This was mostly because of his salvaged ARC 170, modified to have just one pilot with help from an astromech droid. He nearly participated in the battle of Yavin, but his repulsorlift systems malfunctioned before takeoff, grounding him
