A multi-agency initiative connected to The Contingency Plan operated by the United States Government to secure particularly gifted supernatural individuals for military purposes. The primary focus of the operation is to recruit uniquely talented individuals from the supernatural community by any means necessary. The operation is managed by the Pentagon under the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) working together with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) along with Homeland Security.
Origins & History
The brain child of a CIA funded think tank in 2002 after the events of September 11th, 2001. On April 2nd, 2002 the Contingency authorized the ongoing operation to secure the resources with which to defend the country by any means necessary. In 2004 the effort was expanded beyond governmental channels and bounties were issued to private security firms for information relating to supernatural entities within the United States and abroad. The following year the operation funded various contracts with an organization only listed as ONXP tasking them with developing technologies to technologically suppress the free will of an individual without harming them permanently.
Practices
The group is known to use misdirection, blackmail, assassination, abduction, and bribes to secure those they believe will further the cause. Once in custody, the organization uses gaslighting, brainwashing, and even narcotics to secure the obedience and cooperation of their subjects. Uncooperative subjects are experimented on while cooperative subjects are injected into various military and civilian groups for worldwide operations.
