Background

Born on the Poseidon Energy Oil Rig off the coast of california, he grew up in the echo chamber of propaganda of the enclave. He took those lessons to heart as he grew up. Having no real talent for being a scientist he instead enlisted to the military. He progressed up the ranks being there for the rediscovery of the Mariposa military base and helping to abduct vault dwellers for Enclave experiments.
