1) Lightning Step (2C) - Enhanced movement caused by the manipulation of magic and the state of Jaygar’s body, temporarily cloaks himself in lightning making him faster and very accurate.

Though he is quite young he is very talented, at a young age he has been trained and suited for combat. Though normally he has no need to be combatant he is very capable of becoming harmful.
