Jack is a talented yet extremely difficult to control psychic. His particular talent is in sensing what other people don't want to say. He tends toward a manageable set of symptoms like ADHD.
He is totally non violent and while he is around 22 years old he acts more like 12. He works at the Ad Undas base in LA. He has no rank but carries moderately high security clearance.
