Hutar is a smart and quick thinking vulpera. He is proud of his engineering skills and gets quite defensive when it's called into question. While not working on anything, he is quite friendly. Though, if a cute lady shows up, he gets a little crass and boisterous and shows off to impress her. He is also a bit greedy and sly due to his time learning from goblins.

Background
Hutar had a normal, for a vulpera, upbringing. Traveling the dunes of Vol'dun with his caravan. As he got older he gained an interest in engineering after his family's caravan broke down. He learned how to take care of his family's caravan cart. Soon enough he was thinking of ways to improve it some working and others not. Soon the Horde Arrived in Vol'dun and upended life for the vulpera for the better. Hutar was amazed at their machinery and left home to learn and study the machines. He spent a couple years with the goblins learning everything he can from them. Soon he made his way to the gnomes to start learning from them. After a couple years with them he headed back to Vol'dun to visit family and help with the caravan.
