The Guardian Stone is a unique stone with special properties. The stone is said to choose its owner and will only bond with someone who needs the stone. Once bonded it grants the owner psionic abilities relative to their willpower and intelligence. That is a person who has significant willpower or intelligent will find they have equally significant psionic abilities. The stone allows the person to access their own Psionic Energy as if they had the natural talent.
For those who already have psionic abilities, the stone amplifies those abilities by many times their normal amount.
All of these abilities require the stone to be in touching proximity to the owner.
