Special Abilities
- Potestate: Thought by the Engel to be power from God it is in fact abilities granted to them by nanobots injected into their bloodstream.
- All-seeing Eye - By touching a living being, she can judge its health and fitness.
- Field of Bones - She can animate dead tissue for a short time with a mere touch. The Engel may control one limb or set of muscles for one minute.
- Healing Hands - By controlling the growth of cells and enhancing or reducing the clotting of blood and cell fluids, the Engel may heal wounds or other injuries.
- Heal Malady - With the power of her hand, a Raphaelite may cure diseases or inflict them upon a target. The Engel may only inflict or cure a sickness she is familiar with.
- Spinning the Thread of Life - The Engel can heal or cause paralysis in a target with a touch.
- Grail of Life - The Engel may restore any limb or organ lost to injury, as long as the target is still alive. She may even return damaged or malformed organs and limbs to working order. Has a cooldown of 15 minutes and can only heal one organ or limb at a time.
- Franca's potestae also constantly repair her own body and prioritize her own survival before healing others in extreme cases. This allows her a healing factor that can make her very hard to put down.
- Flight - Using her implanted wings she can fly at 45 meters an hour.
- Endurance - Due to the augmented nature of her body she is able to resist damage that would kill normal humans. Her skin is bulletproof up to .308 caliber rifle rounds, she is able to survive indirect (1 meter from impact) HE rounds of up to 75mm. She is able to be hit directly and still survive from HE rounds of up to 30mm. She is able to survive a fall of several thousand meters with only fractures and bruises.
- Superior strength from her augments, able to dead lift up to three metric tons. Able to throw a weight of 1000kg up to 50 meters.
- Superior reactions time, she is able to react ten times faster than the average human.
Background
Taken from her hometown at an early age she was taken in by the Vatican to become an Engel. She passed and was brainwashed then augmented with nanobots and wings. She was given her order and armor shortly after. As a Raphaelite she supported the other Engel classes and healed sickness in the towns she was in. She joined a major campaign in England against the Dreamseed, demons hell bent on destroying humanity. There she learned english and grew in her angelic powers. Eventually she was sent to Rome for a time, during which time she learned Latin and became more knowledgeable about medicine and how the human body works.
After splicing in she joined the medical team and after years of study and medical practice attained the title of medical doctor.
