Energy expulsion is an ability which allows the person to expel energy from points on his or her body. This energy can be varied or limited to a specific type of energy or multiple types of energy. The person is immune to the energy they are expelling at a particular time, but not all energy of that type. For instance, if someone expels electricity from their hands, the hands will not be burned or harmed by the electricity but that does not make the person immune to electricity.
Points of Expulsion
While the points of energy expulsion can vary, unless otherwise specified they are the following:
- Palms of Hands
- Soles of the Feet
- Eyes
- Mouth
Energy expelled can be controlled to specifically come from one particular point rather than all of them at once.
In general without an ability like Advanced Energy Expulsion the energy expelled is divided evenly among the various points. That is to say that if someone produces heat from their right hand, then from the left hand the end energy output will be the same rather than doubled.
Types of Energy
Energy generally falls into the electromagnetic spectrum, with some exceptions. People with this ability will usually can expel only one or two types listed below, however, some are able to expel any type of energy, which is limited to any form of electromagnetic energy.

Non-Electromagnetic
These types of energy are difficult to expel and control, they can be random and chaotic as well. People who can expel multiple types of energy must have these specifically noted, even if they can expel any energy.
