- Weakness to the sun, Elara exhibits an extreme sensitivity to sunlight. Direct exposure to solar radiation debilitates her physical strength and impairs her motor functions. Her eyesight is severely hampered in natural sunlight leaving her nearsighted.
- Hydrophobia, as a vampire she has an aversion and vulnerability to running water. She is unable to traverse bodies of water, such as rivers or large streams, as the flowing water acts as an effective barrier, impeding her movements past it. The effect remains even if she is using a bridge or other structure built over water or existing on top of water. The exception is an outside entity carrying or otherwise helping her through the running water. She can be trapped in a structure built over running water and undersea currents affect her in the same way as running water does.
- Threshold Restrictions: Elara is unable to enter private residences without explicit permission from the occupants. Attempted entry without consent results in a forceful repulsion, preventing access to the interior. The threshold acts as an unseen barrier, restricting Elara's movement and rendering her incapable of breaching the designated area.
- Lethal Vulnerabilities: Elara can be terminated through specific means. Elara is susceptible to destruction by impaling its heart with a sharpened wooden stake or spike. Subsequently, complete decapitation is required to ensure neutralization. Any other means of destruction or the same means in a different order will not kill her.
