This department was created by the Civic Protection and Preservation Act in August of 2381 for the purposes of monitoring and enforcing civil protections among police forces within the Concord. It's primary purpose is to review police information and coordinate with the Dept. of Protection and Investigation in order to maintain civil rights among accused persons. This is also the department that monitors and investigates possible election and civil rights violations.
