Using thought-out code of various popular languages like C#, Java and SQL, he's able to manipulate reality. He has unlimited access to reality itself, means, he possibly could do anything given the time and effort. The difficulty about this ability is, that he can do with reality pretty much what he wants, yet, humans are encrypted zones for him, like a server behind a well-built firewall. It takes time and effort to bypass the security, and it's hard as heck to actually get access to the real person. That's why he resorts to manipulate reality around the humans to get what he wants.
