Arcane Rift- Using arcane magic he can open a slight rift through space to travel anywhere in a small amount of distance. Arcane Ray- Chanelling the Arcane magic through his body in a single point he can shoot out a beam that incinirates almost anything that stands in it's way. Arcane Eye- Using arcane magic Ethan can inspect his enemies to the point he can see their intentions and thoughts to some extend.
Background
Being born in piltover his parents left him to his grandma and grandpa, at a young age he displayed quite the power towards Arcane arts being one of the best young mages in all of Runeterra. On one hand he didn't really enjoy using his magic like a mage, he wanted to be a inventor so he studied day and night how to work and make hextech. At some point he left piltover in search of hextech blue prints to become the best of the best.
